First Few Weeks

After your living plants have been installed, they will require some time to become accustomed to their new surroundings. Here’s some helpful advice for your peace of mind…

During the acclimatization process, you may notice some leaves falling off or some slight leaf discolouration.
Please let us know if anything significantly impacts the overall appearance of the display.
Watering and care for the plants will be handled by our maintenance technicians on a regular basis.
You should not put water (or anything else) into the planters as it may cause harm.

You will receive maintenance visits approximately every four weeks from our technicians.
In case of concerns during the initial acclimatization process, we can visit more frequently.
In the event of a specific requirement for accessing your site, or if an advance booking is required, please inform our customer service team (service@benholm.com) as soon as possible.
