The Brief:
The Riccarton Inn pub and restaurant were ahead of the curve and spotted the potential to increase the size of their beer garden, looking to create a welcoming outdoor restaurant to create additional covers.
THE SOLUTION:
Our team were delighted to be involved in the redesign. The existing space was shared with the car park and we knew it could be a real draw to customers. It was decided to create a designated area, making the most of the outdoor space available.
From the initial design, the brief grew to add booths, then to create bespoke roofs – making them even more cosy and welcoming for customers.
